Elizabeth Slamkowski, O.D. While having experience in diagnosing and treating a broad spectrum of ocular diseases and disorders, she also has extensive experience in providing pre-operative and post-operative refractive surgery care for thousands of patients. She has also worked as an investigator for a major dry eye study with Alcon Research Division and performed one of her Clinical Externships in Guanajuato, Mexico.

  • Doctor of Optometry degree from Indiana University School of Optometry, Bloomington IN
  • Residency: Ocular disease residency in 2002 at Omni Eye Specialists in Denver
  • Has been involved in pre and post-operative refractive surgery care for over 6 years and has examined over 15,000 patients
  • Performs CRT, an alternative to LASIK, correcting vision with overnight contact lens wear
  • Provides primary eye care performing glasses and contact lens examinations
